BETON magazine is an A3 publication about four Brutalist
buildings around the London Southbank. It was created
for an assignment called 'Structure and the City'.
For the cover and title page I created a custom display
typeface to reflect the Brutalist architectural movement.
It was spray painted on the cover wrap to provide it with
a texture not unlike concrete.
Hand-stitched. Paper from GF Smith (cover wrap, end paper)
and Mohawk (inside). Printed by FE Burman.
